One benefit of having a web site is being able to list our suite, special
events, and tour rates. In addition, we will be able to educate the community, patrons, and guests of our mission of
combating community deterioration and about the Civil War and Civil Rights Movement and the role our city played in those
events.
Suites /Special Events/Tour Rates
It is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations.
Suites will be: $150.00 per night or
$1,200.00 per month for short term executive rentals.
Standard cost for events will be: $500.00. Packaged events will be: $1000.00 per event and will includes candid photos,
floral arrangements, and pre-recorded music.
Tours per person rate will be: $5.00 and children 12 and under will be free.
Amenities
As we add amenities to our facilities we will list them here. For example, we will offer a complimentary newspaper
and free breakfast.
